Meet The Team

Christopher Bishun, CFA

Our founder and Managing Director, Christopher Bishun has 17 years of financial services experience.
Chris has held Senior roles with top-tier organisations such as Blackrock and Barclays.
Chris has built out both frontline and support functions across Investment, Operations and Sales business units.
Chris has a track record of leading scale business units while simultaneously delivering complex programmes of strategic change and transformation.
He has a longstanding interest in environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues, advising clients on how to adapt their businesses in the ever evolving world.
Chris works with aspiring entrepreneurs through the Greenwich University and Brentwood School mentoring schemes, helping students get a jump start in their career.
He has held consulting and non executive director positions for growing businesses across various industries.
Chris specialises in investment consulting and portfolio construction, as well as business strategy creation and implementation. This involves operating model design, operational effectiveness, new product development, and ESG integration.

Janine Bishun

Janine operates across a range of functions, including operations, sales, business support and management consulting.
Janine has worked with businesses in financial distress, working in partnership to restructure debt and monitor cash flow to secure successful turnaround.
Janine worked for Barclays for almost 15 years where she specialised in business development and business turnaround, before leaving to lead the operations of a start-up medtech business.
As Chief Operating Officer, Janine steered the direction of the medtech business as a member of the executive board of directors, contributing to the strategic goals of the business.
Having worked in a highly entrepreneurial, high growth environment as well as a large corporate, Janine understands the challenges and opportunities different business models experience.
